Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Hybrid/Clearwater, FL

The Account Manager, reporting to the Manager, Expansion, will manage customers that are of strategic importance to DocuPhase. Account Managers are the crux of DocuPhase expansion – driving customer lifetime value through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will be dedicated to finding additional opportunities within current customer accounts through collaboration with our Customer Success team and establishing lasting relationships with key decision makers. Our ideal candidate is someone with proven success in the B2B accounts payable (AP) and payments industry.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and successfully seeing them through the sales process. 
  • Gain command of DocuPhase messaging to effectively convey the business value of our solutions to customers.
  • Maintain exceptional SalesForce hygiene, ensuring customer account and contact data is consistently updated. This diligence extends to sales opportunities for accurate forecasting.
  • Conduct well-informed, professional and consultative meetings, utilizing designated product demos and pitch decks to showcase the business value of our solutions.
  • Demonstrate adoption of our internal sales tech stack to maximize performance and ensure customer understanding (Gong, 6Sense, Sales Navigator).
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to maximize customer usage, value and satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need: 

  • Minimum of 3 yearof experience in account management, with a focus on cross-sell and upsell development.
  • Experience in FinTech SaaS (experience in accounts payable (AP) and payments will be considered more favorably).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce and other sales enablement technology. We offer our team(s) a robust tech stack to support their objectives including Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Sendoso, 6Sense and PandaDoc.
