Responsibilities: 

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document requirements effectively.
• Evaluate and analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop data models to support business processes and decision-making.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Assess business needs and recommend practical solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Actively participate within the software development life cycle with distributed SCRUM teams

Competencies: 

• Strong ability to analyze complex data and processes to derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficient in identifying problems and developing effective solutions.
• Understanding of business operations and industry practices.

Experience/Qualifications: 

• 1-4 Years: Relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience with agile methodologies is an advantage.
