Role: Inside Sales Representative
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at DocuPhase, you will be instrumental in building strong partnerships with our suppliers by advocating for our cutting-edge automated payment solutions. Your skill in connecting with suppliers, understanding their needs, and clearly articulating the advantages of our E-Payment Solutions will be essential to your success. Responsibilities:
- Make proactive outbound calls to suppliers to enroll them onto our digital payment system, emphasizing the ease and benefits.
- Identifies and qualifies potential suppliers or vendors that could benefit from the company’s products or services.
- Uses various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.) to reach out to potential leads, nurturing relationships over time to convert them into active customers.
- Provides information on how the company's products or services, such as automated payment systems, can solve their challenges, and improve their operations.
- Educates vendors on the features and benefits of solutions, ensuring they fully understand how they can use them to their advantage.
- Partners with product and sales team to ensure vendor needs are met and to stay updated on product developments.
Role Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the benefits and features of electronic payment solutions to our supplier customers.
- Persuasive Selling: Proficient in influencing digital payment adoption and overcoming objections.
- Customer-Focused Approach: Prioritize client needs to tailor solutions appropriately.
- Technical Proficiency: High level understanding of electronic payment technologies.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Awareness of and sensitivity to client responses, allowing for better engagement and rapport.
- Sales Goal Orientation: Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adjust approaches based on client feedback.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all client information and transaction details are accurately managed and documented.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to own performance requirements.
- Proven ability to deliver and/or exceed defined goals and targets.
- Superior communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Some proficiency within Salesforce CRM tool.
- This role requires a high degree of organization in a fast-paced sales environment.
